ITPB promotes the "go green, live green" theme with a series of month long activities
Ascendas, Asia's premier business space provider, announces its annual Green Month campaign at International Tech Park Bangalore on Friday, 4th June, 2010. A series of weekly activities will mark this month long campaign aptly titled 'Go Green Live Green'. Activities that are focused on enhancing and promoting environmental awareness amongst the Park community.

Tree plantation week
Companies at ITPB will join hands in planting about 100 new trees across the park to further enhance the verdant landscape of ITPB. ITPB currently has more than 100 species of exotic, indigenous, perennial and flowering plants, which earned it the distinction of the 'Best Ornamental Garden' by the Mysore Horticultural Society. |

Eco drive week
This week will promote the advantages of clean fuel through workshops on eco-driving and road safety. A free emission test and vehicle check up camp will also be organized for the Parkites. |

Green idea week
Parkites will be encouraged to express their ideas on "Go green, live green" through a painting competition. |

Eco bazaar week
Eco Bazaar week will showcase a variety of eco-friendly products, ranging from organic food to home décor items made from natural fiber, organic fragrances and body care products, jute bags and accessories and other energy saving products including solar lamps.
A display and sale of products made from re-cycled paper will also be organized during this week. |
