 Information Technology Park Ltd (ITPL), India's prestigious business space solution provider, today announced the appointment of Jonathan Yap as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Yap will be responsible for business development, operations and profitability of Information Technology Park Ltd.
Mr. Yap comes to ITPL with over a decade of experience in real estate. In his immediately preceding assignment with the Lend Lease Real Estate Group, a global integrated property company listed on the Australia Stock Exchange, Mr. Yap was responsible for managing a portfolio of investment properties, asset management, property development, capital investment and business development. He has also worked with Tan Chong Realty (real estate arm of a Hong Kong listed company) and the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore.
A
holder of Master of Science in Project Management from National University of Singapore, Mr. Yap is also a Member of the Association for Investment Management and Research and the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers.
