WORLDSPACE Presents "Twilight Zone @ International Tech Park"
Bangalore, August 22, 2003

The International Tech Park, Bangalore in association with WorldSpace - Pioneers in satellite digital radio service today organized a treat for the techies at IT Park through a musical and fun filled evening. All the Parkites got together and joined to have some fun in a great ambience created at The Fountain area of the Tech Park Mall.

The Binge began with a performance by a young vivacious band from 24/7 Customer, located within the Park followed by DJ Clement taking center stage and getting people onto the floor to swing to WorldSpace music. RJ's Geoffrey and Lakshmi from Radio Indigo, comperes of the evening kept the fun alive. Whacky contests and a series of music quizzes got the audience into top gear. Many lucky winners took home a host of prizes from WorldSpace and Radio Indigo.

Conceptualized and aired live thru Radio Indigo, one of the popular channels on the WorldSpace platform, the three hour long event, consisted of non-stop pulsating dance music - Salsa, Classic Rock and Retro, beamed directly using WorldSpace's superior technology and digital audio broadcasting ability.

Bharath Chari, Head - Consumer Audio Business said, "This initiative is in line with our strategy to create a musical experience for music enthusiasts across India, we will be having many more of such evenings specially created for a particular genre of music. Our aim is to introduce many more such events to music lovers for the WorldSpace experience of over 28 music channels. "
