International Tech Park expands Health Club facilities 4000 sq ft of Gym space to be added……

The International Tech Park, Whitefield has expanded its health club following increased membership. The 4000 sq ft expansion incorporates additional Gym space with new state-of-the-art equipments for the fitness conscious enthusiast. The expansion will be officially inaugurated by Mr. William Seet, CEO, ITPL at the Noon Time Binge scheduled for Friday, November 17, 2000.

The Health Club is located at the Tech Park Mall, covers a total area of 12,000 sq ft and offers members a fully equipped Gym, an Aerobics Centre, Steam/Jaccuzi, Oxygen Bar, in addition to a library, Karaoke lounge and games area. Qualified fitness instructors are on hand to give guidance regarding fitness programs and training schedules. To date, the health club boasts of 700 members who have enrolled in various programmes.

The Health Club intends to provide tenants of the park and their employees with a therapeutic way to relax and recuperate. A combination of exercise, recreation, food and sports services available are designed to help professionals with Stress Management and to rejuvenate the mind, body and soul.

The International Tech Park offers a complete "work, live and play" environment for technology-savvy companies, many of them in information technology and research and development. The Park fully integrates office, production and retail space. It also has executive residential apartments and its retail mall already has services such as bank, laundry service, cafeteria and health club / fitness centre.
